NARP Overview
Flagship #1: New Account Representative Program (NARP) Redesign
Audience
New account representatives who need state-approved Continuing Education (CE) credits for licensure and introductory technical training on insurance coverages. The learners participating in this 11-week cohort program are key target clients for the Fortune 500 corporate business.
Responsibilities
Instructional Design and Development. Collaborated with 1 instructional designer and 4 developers in addition to consulting with 17 Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). 
My deliverables included: restructuring the curriculum design of the entire program, writing the state-approved CE credit outline based on the new curriculum map I wrote, designing and developing 12 modules of in-person and virtual training, 2 augmented reality experiences, 5 animated videos, 12 facilitator guides, two 75+ page participant guides, and 30+ activities.
Activities included: 2 AR experiences, 2 real-world case studies with coordinating supplemental materials (including mock websites), practice sessions completing technical paperwork, discussions based on 5 animations, scavenger hunt, table buzzer games, role plays, poster/post it note activities, card game, photo identification game, Kahoots, and Slidos.

Problems & Solutions
While there were several challenges to troubleshoot within the NARP program redesign, some problems and design solutions were:
Problem: Fragmented Curriculum and Scheduling Challenges. My solution: Strategic Curriculum Redesign.
Problem: Disorganized Final Project and Lack of Feedback. Solution: Structured Practice and Digital Rubric
Impact
• My design increased state-approved CE credit by 55% through redefining program learning objectives and redesigning program structure/delivery.

• I led the design and development team to produce first augmented reality training activity for this flagship program, which was also adopted for use within the enterprise. Our team later designed a second AR experience within this program.
• DevLearn accepted my team’s proposal highlighting the 2 AR experiences in this program; delivery in November 2025.

NAP Overview
Flagship #2: New Agent Program (NAP) Redesign
Audience
New independent agents who need introductory training in sales and technical insurance coverages; these are the key target clients for the Fortune 500 corporate business. Learners participate in a 6-month long cohort program broken into 4 different phases including in-person and virtual instruction.
Responsibilities
Instructional Design and development. I collaborated with a team of 2 other Instructional Designers to divide up content in the redesigned program and consulted with 33+ Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). I redesigned 7 modules of technical training for in-person and virtual instruction, and 1 module for introduction/goal setting.

Problems & Solutions
While there were several challenges to troubleshoot within this program redesign, some problems and design solutions were:
Problem: No documented instructional process. Solution: Standardized Facilitator Guides.
Problem: ILT lecturing and case study overlap. Solution: Activity-rich redesign and case study integration.
Problem: VILT Passive learning and low engagement. Solution: Interactive VILT redesign.
Impact
• Increased learner engagement by 260% through integrating content application opportunities via scenarios, Slidos, case studies, discussions, activities, and knowledge checks.
• Learner-ranked average score of 3.75/4.0 on key technical modules that I designed.
